By accessing our website, purchasing our course, or using any of our digital content, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase the course.

To purchase the Young Mindsets course, you must:

Any updates or improvements made to the programme during your access period

3. ACCOUNT USE & LOGIN POLICY
To access the Young Mindsets course, you must create an account using your email and password.
You agree that:
Each purchase includes ONE login per household or family.
Login sharing outside your household is strictly prohibited.
You may not sell, share, distribute, or broadcast your login information.
For schools, multi-user licensing must be purchased—families may not use school licences and vice versa.
We reserve the right to terminate access immediately if account-sharing or unauthorised use is detected.
4. ONE-TIME PAYMENT (NO SUBSCRIPTION)
The Young Mindsets Families Course is sold as a single one-time payment.
The purchase grants: 12 months (1 year) of full access from the date of purchase
Access to all videos, worksheets, and support materials
Access for your entire household under one account
Prices are listed on the website and may change without prior notice.
Any price change will not affect purchases already completed.
5. SCHOOL LICENSING
Schools, academies, trusts, and educational organisations must obtain a separate School Licence, which includes:
Staff logins
Classroom viewing rights
Use of worksheets for multiple students
Access duration based on the licence purchased
Schools must not use family licences, and families must not access school licences.
School pricing varies based on organisation size. Contact us for a quote.
6. PROHIBITED USE
You agree NOT to:
Share or distribute course materials publicly or privately
Upload our videos, worksheets, or content to any platform
Broadcast the content without permission or a school licence
Use the Service for any unlawful or inappropriate purpose
Attempt to copy, recreate, or reverse-engineer the materials
Misrepresent your identity or purchase eligibility
Any violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All course content—including videos, worksheets, branding, text, graphics, and online materials—is the exclusive property of Young Mindsets Ltd.
You may not:

Resell
Rebrand
Upload
any part of the Young Mindsets course without written permission.
8. ACCURACY & CHANGES TO THE SERVICE
We aim to keep all information accurate, but errors may occasionally occur.

Correct inaccuracies…at any time, without notice.
These improvements will be included in your access at no additional cost during your access period.
9. REFUNDS
Because this is a digital learning product with instant access, we cannot offer refunds after purchase unless required by UK consumer law.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all digital purchases made on the Young Mindsets website.
1. DIGITAL NATURE OF THE PRODUCT
Young Mindsets is a digital video-based educational course, delivered instantly upon purchase.
Once access is granted, the product cannot be “returned,” making refunds limited under UK law.
2. NO REFUNDS AFTER ACCESS IS PROVIDED
As per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital products with instant access are not refundable once delivered, unless they are defective or not as described.
By completing checkout and ticking the terms box, you:
✔ Acknowledge that the digital content will be available immediately
✔ Waive the 14-day right to cancel
✔ Agree that no refunds will be issued once access is granted
3. EXCEPTIONS
Refunds may be considered only if:
The digital product is not delivered
There is a technical error preventing access that cannot be resolved
The product was mis-sold or incorrectly charged (rare)
We will ALWAYS do our best to resolve technical issues first.
4. SCHOOL LICENSING REFUNDS
Due to the custom nature of school access:
No refunds are issued once login credentials are created

schools licensing agreement
This School Licensing Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to all educational institutions purchasing access to Young Mindsets.By purchasing a school licence, your organisation (“School”, “You”) agrees to the following terms.This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all digital purchases made on the Young Mindsets website.
1. LICENCE TYPE
A School Licence grants:
Access for the number of students agreed at purchase
Access for multiple teachers/staff under one institution
One-year access to all course videos, worksheets, and teaching materials
Permission to use materials only within the purchasing school
2. PERMITTED USE
Schools may:
Show videos in classrooms
Print worksheets for enrolled students
Distribute materials internally to teachers
Use the curriculum as part of PSHE, wellbeing, pastoral care, or enrichment programmes
Allow students to access the course on school devices
3. PROHIBITED USE
Schools may NOT:
Share login details outside staff members
Give students direct login access outside the school environment without a multi-seat licence
Share materials with other schools, academies, trusts, or external organisations
Copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute content beyond your licence
Upload content to internal servers or shared drives accessible outside the school
Young Mindsets Ltd reserves the right to suspend access immediately if misuse is detected.
4. LENGTH OF LICENCE
A School Licence lasts:
1 year from purchase date, unless a multi-year agreement is arranged.
Renewal is required for continued access.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
Invoices must be paid within 30 days
Access is granted upon payment
Late payments may delay access or result in suspension
6. REFUNDS
School licences are non-refundable once access credentials have been issued.
